At IMBA, the admission committee is looking for evidence of an applicant's potential to succeed in a demanding professional program.

In addition to previous educational background, text scores, and recommendation letters, we review essays and conduct interviews to learn about an applicant's goals and understanding of IMBA program.  We are trying to discover a solid match between an applicant and IMBA'score values.

 

Minimum Admission Requirements :

  • Hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field

  • Have working experience of at least a year

  • Be able to demonstrate leadership and creative thinking.

 

Document Requirements :

   The candidates need to submit the following documents to IMBA program after submitting the application form online 
     1. Official Transcript (Undergraduate level) 
     2. Official English Proficiency Score report. Applicants are required to submit either of the following score :

  • Minimum scores of TU-GET 550

  • Minimum scores of TOEFL 550 (paper-based test) or 213 (computer-based test) or 79-80 (internet-based test)

  • Minimum score of IELTS 6.0

     *** all score must be taken within the last 2 years.
     3. Proof of GMAT score (if applicable) at least 80% on the quantitative part , taken within the last 5 years
     4. Two of 4 cm. X 5 cm. Photographs. All photographs must not be older than 6 months.
     5. Proof of Employment period.  Have working experience at least 1 year after undergraduate.

 *** Documents 1, 2, 4 and 5 must be mailed/sent to the IMBA office, Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Thammasat University, Thaprachan Campus, 2 Prachan rd., Pranakorn, Bangkok, 10200, before April 21, 2013.  Office hours : Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm, Sunday 8 am - 4 pm.        

*** Exceptional for the score of TU-GET 1 - 4/2013 can be submitted not later than May 5, 2013.      

*** Document no.6 must be submitted on May 3, 2013 in person to the staff in front of the interview room.

 

The Procedure for applying to IMBA program :

1. Fill in the information required on the IMBA application form via the website http://grad.bus.tu.ac.th and submit it online.    

2. Print out the online slip from the computer and bring it to the bank.   

 3. Then, bring the evidence from the bank to the IMBA program on the written examination day.   

 4. Send all the required documents to the address mentioned above.
